Summer Solstice 2007



Dave proves the theory that the early natives of Alaska invented surfing.

To keep in line with Coast Guard/Navy regulations and " The Code" Kevin is granted shore leave at Aialik Glacier













As per Coast Guard/Navy regulations and
"The Code" 1/3 of the crew is allowed shore leave at Holgate Glacier.

20 and 21 May in Thumb Cove and Bear Glacier. Temperatures in the upper 60s and steady winds made for a great sail on Saturday. Thumb Cove made a great Anchorage Friday night. Fresh salmon on the grill and good drink made for an all around great trip.
